Novak’s progressive and cutting-edge engineering has found its way into the crawling segment with the first electronic dig unit - The Dig.
This one-of-a-kind and easy-to-use unit allows crawlers to independently control the front, rear or both speed controls in dual-system rigs. Powering only the front or rear on a rock-crawler vehicle – commonly referred to as a “dig” – allows tighter turns, precise maneuverability through tricky terrain, and more control on steep inclines and downhill descents, reducing the amount of reverses needed to clear obstacles.
Unlike mechanical dig systems, The Dig does not require any vehicle modifications to install or operate. Simply plug it into any three-channel surface receiver, and you’re ready to dig! And without any moving parts, the electronic Dig is exceptionally durable and can withstand all rocky landscapes.
