AeroCell Foam
AeroCell may be the most ideal material ever created for electric aircraft. It's a closed-cell polyolefin composite that delivers the benefits of costly composite construction in a more pilot-friendly, easy-building form. AeroCell offers the structural strength and rigidity of traditional structures without building, the weight advantages of EPS foam without the brittleness and breakage – and a smooth, paintable surface that comes out of the box factory-finished and decaled.
Hyperflow Technology
The HyperFlow ducted fan unit was designed by Electrifly's engineering department using flow analysis and state-of-the-art computer modeling to identify the parameters for high performance. The result is the ultimate ducted fan design.
Ammo Inrunner Brushless Motors
Not only are Ammo Inrunner Brushless Motors almost twice as efficient as brushed motors, these power plants also offer more value than other inrunners. Powered by "rare-earth" Neodymium magnets for high torque and unmatched heat resistance — up to 89% efficient. With no comms to re-true or brushes to wear out, Ammo Inrunner motors are virtually maintenance-free. All Ammo motors feature lightweight aluminum cans and double-shielded bearings.
