During busy periods of the day, the customer service personnel may not be able to answer your call immediately. If you leave a message including your name and phone number with area code, your call will be returned as soon as possible – ALL CALLS ARE RETURNED WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY. However, it is our goal to return all calls within a few hours on the same day. It is helpful to ask your question or state the reason for the call in your message. We will also be happy to respond to your email or fax inquiries within 1-2 business days.
How to Get Information About a Recently Placed Order
If you have placed an order with Hobby People recently and need some information or would like to change it, contact us (see contact information above). Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, changes may not be possible depending on how much time has elapsed.
