Batteries last a good amount of time even when running two of them together with a series connector. They are a little bit faster than the original 1200 mAh on the Traxxas batteries by throwing out 1600 mAh. For perspective I just bought two of these and run them on my E-Revo VXL with a series connector, not to be mistaken for a parallel connector, and they last as long as one of the Traxxas 1200mAh NiMH batteries on a stock E-Revo VXL. This battery is worth every penny! (Posted on 12/23/13)
XTM Rage 1/18 scale Review by SavageBeater2200

Since Hobby People's specifications are a little different from my batteries I thought I would try to help people out since size is very important when looking to buy new batteries. Here ya go. (Yes one battery is longer than the other)

Battery #1 size. Length 94.13mm Width 34.03mm Thickness 17.34 w/stickers
Battery #2 size. Length 92.40mm Width 34.22mm Thickness 17.22 w/stickers
Wire length on both 150mm without connector.

Review:
Good batteries, nice power with good run time. Always had good luck with all Hi-Energy batteries. Wires are a little long but can be shortened. Better too much than not enough.

NOTE: Tight fit into the XTM Rage. Hits the steering bell crank stressing the servo. Have 2 batts and one is slightly longer than the other. The shorter one fits almost perfect but wires hit the hold down post. So I removed the front post and cut a slit in the chassis to allow a Velcro strap to hold the batt in place. Works pretty good, if you don't push the batt all the way down into the chassis letting the outside edge sit on top of the chassis rail it works great and batt stays in place. I would recommend finding a different battery for the XTM Rage.

For my review of the XTM Rage go to the Rage product page on this site. Or click either link, same review.

If anybody has more info, tips, tricks or advice please post a review or e-mail me. I read for hours trying to figure out all this stuff because there isn’t a lot of info on these trucks. Chris488994@hotmail.com
