LED Wire Extensions Review by Henry J
Extending the wires is easy. Simply cut the existing wires anywhere along the length and add the length you need and twist the ends together. Solder them and slide heat shrink tubing over the connections. It's so simple and easy anyone with basic soldering experience can do it. The cost to do it is just pennies. I use the wires found in telephone cable...they are the perfect size for LED wiring! (Posted on 2/6/13)
missed the mark Review by Hu
Hu, we are working on an extension kit. We designed them for smaller park flyers. If we can't do an extension economically, we will work to do a bigger light kit for the larger planes. Matt

While these are nice lights. They are too short to be of any use to anybody but the park flyers. I am told there are no extension kits available. I have a 56" span plane and these only go out to 48". (Posted on 8/1/12)
