Revell 1/72 F-82G Twin Mustang A radical departure from the conventional single fuselage airplane, the Twin Mustang was not, as is commonly believed, two P-51 Mustangs coupled together. It was largely a new aircraft based on the P-51 design with many aerodynamic changes made to achieve greater range at higher speeds. This unique aircraft could be controlled from either cockpit. The pilot had a full array of instruments the co-pilot had relief and emergency instruments. Movable propellers, two figures with opening canopies and open or closed gun compartment.
