I will Pass on this one. HPI decided to ignore true desert truck design and neglected to us a solid rear axle. HPI designed this truck after the TSA motorsports new class 7 truck which used Independent rear suspension to be different in the desert community. I had this on preorder before it ever came out and canceled as soon as I saw the RC was Independent rear suspension. Its an absolute shame too because up close this thing is beautiful and i truly love all the scale bits here and there. I have an HPI Blitz and that thing is a beast... if you are looking for more of a track car, you should get the blitz. HPI has great quality... they just missed the boat a bit with this particular truck and i think the lackluster sales of the mini trophy have shown this to be a fact. Had it been solid axle, it would have been something truly unique to the RC community. (Posted on 10/16/10)

I was in camarillo today and saw the trophy for 1st time, and it is best looking truck I've seen. I was going to buy slash but now I am going to get trophy. HPI quality. (Posted on 8/25/10)

I have the blitz and a savage, and this is a great addition. ready to go out of box. handles well in dirt and on street. its more like a traditional 1/10 scale. I will put a brushless system in it and it will fly. (Posted on 8/24/10)
