I have had many little helis and this is by far the best. I bought some at the mall and paid way too much. Received this as a Christmas gift and have been flying ever since and I have given 10 to my kids and grandkids. Really easy to fly and surprisingly durable. Great product. Thank you. As soon as I got the helicopter I had trouble with the remote because it did not sync with the helicopter. Brought it back to HP, they didn't have any more for exchange so they had it serviced. A week later I picked it up and tried it at the store and the helicopter still did not sync. They ended up giving me another remote behind the counter (don't know where that remote came from). After about 10 uses the helicopter would not charge (did not charge with usb or remote). Don't waste your money on this one. (Posted on 4/14/13)

Please contact our service dept and they will ask that you return it for our inspection and we will either fix or replace assuming no crash damage or other damage. Matt

I purchased this unit for my grandson in November 2012 as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, I had a major illness that required hospitilazation and extensive rehab and am just getting to adress this issues.

The unit never worked, even though my son was the first to attempt a flight. It was DOA.. How can I obtain a replacement ? It was shipped to Drew Kelleher in st. Joseph MI

This is an excellent heli ! After buying one for myself, my wife liked it so much that I bought another for her! With just a little bit of initial trimming, it hovers beautifully and goes right where you send it. With some judicious throttle control, you'll get 10 minutes flying time. It is sensitive to "wind" - don't fly it around ceiling fans (or any type of fan) unless you are trying to learn heli recovery techniques! It seems to have a weakness in the drive gears - my wife's quickly sheared the gear teeth and is now grounded awaiting replacements! That's the only negative I've found - it's time to order another one as a spare! (Posted on 1/25/13)
