Great plane for beginners. Nowhere in the description does it tell us what battery it uses. If you wish to buy backups for multiple flights what size and strength battery do you purchase. Nose needs plastic shell reinforcement (or coat with epoxy) (Posted on 3/1/13)

Great plane to learn to fly. The kit is a 3 channel kit but comes with a 4 channel remote. Unit can accept ailerons if you want to add them later. Everything you need to fly except AA batteries. The plane is made of durable EPO foam and is easy to assemble. The tail piece uses 3m double sided tape but I used hot glue to reinforce those areas. I recommend using clear tape on the nose and tips of the wings. Unit flys pretty easy but it is a little heavy in the front to be a true glider. If you let of the throttle to much it wants to dive since the battery is in the front. Over all very great plane and gets back up after a crash. (Posted on 2/23/13)
