Great value and performance Review by Banknwank
B4.2 is a little dated at this stage , but there is a reason it was top dog for almost a decade. Tons of hop up parts and tuning info available for this car. If your thinking about making a run at some entry level buggy racing, this car can still compete and grow with you. My son was able to sweep the sportsman class for two weekends in a row with his b4. He then stepped up to 17.5 and was able to take a win in the b- main, only missing the a main by a few seconds. I also have one and was amazed how well it handles right out of the box. Great bang for the $. (Posted on 5/11/15)
Awesome RC buggy! Review by dtaylor
When I was a kid I had a Tamiya Hornet that I ran non-stop. Recently I decided to get back into RC and try a modern buggy. After a lot of online research I went with the Team Associated RC10 B4.2 RS RTR.

I don't have a ton of experience with modern cars and no recent race experience. But I am impressed with this car. It has plenty of power and speed on a 2S LiPo, and both the esc and motor remain cool. The suspension is great and the setup seems optimal right out of the box. I didn't find any loose parts or problems. The radio and esc have plenty of adjustments, great range and no glitching.

My friend with various trucks from other brands commented that he couldn't believe how well it performed and handled from the box with no hop ups.

This car is a racer and a lot of fun to drive. Perhaps the only drawback is that once you have it out of the box you do not want to bash it on rough terrain. Something about it makes you want to seriously learn to drive it and race it on tracks and smoother terrain.

This is a great car. I highly recommended it.
