motors quits at low power settings, but still fun! Review by David
I have flown mine for several hours and it is still great fun! I purchased a couple of 100mah batteries and can fly for 20 minutes or more on a charge.. The airplane has one annoying problem. At low power it will suddenly quit, but come back instantly by applying full power. it doesn't matter how far away the airplane is from the transmitter.
This happens at any time in the flight and is independent of charge state. It happens with the original battery as well as the 2 new ones.
Anyone have any guess as to why this happens?
I still give this airplane 5 stars because it flies so well. (Posted on 9/18/14)
Update after flying more Review by David
I have been flying my micro cub in the early morning when there is little wind. It is much easier to fly after trimming it. The airplane required substantial down trim and a little right trim.
It buzzes constantly with this much trim so I plan to add a trim tab to the elevator to re-center it.
I am able fly slowly, a couple feet off the ground. Landings are easy with just a little throttle. I was even able to do a short "wheel landing" this morning!
It climbs very well and has excess power even well into the 5 minute flight.
I have flown RC for over 50 years including 1/4 scale, but I seem to be getting more grins out of this little airplane than any other! (Posted on 8/29/14)

Great fun, but a handfull in any wind Review by David
Flew mine for the first time this morning at 6am. Not a breath of wind but found some wind as the airplane climbed to about 20 feet. I am a long time flyer and managed to control the airplane but a beginner probably would have lost control. You really need to fly it in zero wind!
Great fun, everything works well. Nice soft landings with just a touch of power. (Posted on 8/24/14)
New Guy, kinda!! Review by HOWARD
I have some concern oiling the motor, actuated by some other strange stuff keeping the darn thing from yawing. I always have the wind to my face! keep flying (Posted on 7/13/14)
