Great kit worth every penny. Review by Widdog

On a calm day or in a gym is a great flying model. It truly is a front yard flyer. I highly recommend this model. I have flown mine several times and the model is still like new. I am a intermediate skill level pilot. I think a beginner with flight simulator training could manage this model. https://youtu.be/S8ON8GqAkMM (Posted on 2/10/16)
Small fun Review by Rich

Not for the first timer. Ran all the trims to the limits but flys fine at about half throttle. Climbs like crazy at full throttle. Battery is hard to plug in cause everything is so small. I just tore the receiver board out and just slide it in and out to plug in the battery. Transmitter charger doesn't work on mine. Never the less, lots of fun for little money. (Posted on 11/15/15)

Outstanding Review by Smithers

Outstanding little plane. Great value for the money. Plantraco will cost you double. Flew the darned thing so high I thought it would almost go into the clouds. Lots of fun. Careful with the microplug under the belly of the plane. It has a tendency to bend if push too hard with the battery plug. (Posted on 11/3/15)
Not worth the $$ Review by popskirk

I charged the plane's battery and flew it for a total of about 15 minutes. The motor died, so I suspected the battery was low. I charged it for about an hour, and when I plugged it in, it still won't work. The elevator and rudder both work but the little electric motor appears to have seized up. Unfortunately, that takes all the fun out of flying the plane.......
I feel Hobby People owes me another plane. (Posted on 11/2/15)
Fun to fly, replacement wing discontinued :( Review by Sam

I bought this after losing my 3rd Air Hogs plane to "controller runaway" (transmitter stops communicating, plane goes into max power in whatever direction it was going).

Totally different beast, this is more like a "real model" plane, without the terrible controller lag I was used to (I had to overcome my tendency to try an compensate). Control response to rudder/elevator is nearly instant, and motor throttle response is good as well.

Upgraded battery to a 90mah and flight time is much better in "balls to the wall" mode.

It is flyer, as long as it's VERY calm out. Well, it was. The wing is very fragile, especially near the fuselage, and it needs bracing to not get torn up easily. There are even little flat stamp marks on the underside where braces are supposed to go. My wing is now so battered flight is "ok" but not great.

Unfortunately, one of the reasons I bought this was that replacement parts were easily available. Well, the wing seems to be discontinued as it's been out of stock for at least 4 months. So that's that, the end of my fun little plane... 2 stars subtracted for HP not stocking the most fragile part of the plane and ending its life prematurely.

Made Good on Problem Resolution Review by Tim the Tool Man

Hobby People mailed me, free of charge, a whole-aircraft plus controller replacement because my aircraft no longer functioned.

It broke within one week after purchase. Hobby People, although they took over a week to get back to me on the phone, understood my problem and agreed to ship a complete replacement. Thanks Hobby People! (Posted on 9/24/15)
good but fragile Review by walter

Only complaint is the battery connector that does not prevent reverse connection. That fries the electronics and the electronics are not an available replacement part. On a second airplane the battery connector on the board came off and i was unable to resolder it resulting in another fried board.

I am on my third one and I have inked the connectors to prevent incorrect connections and make sure not to stress the board connector.

It flys very well and is practically indestructible in crashes. (Posted on 9/17/15)
