Ready to Fly (RTF) Airplanes come complete with airplane, radio, battery and chargers. Receiver-ready (RR) airplanes usually include servos, but no radio transmitter or receiver. These planes are generally designed for beginner-to-intermediate pilots. They require very limited assembly and can generally be ready to fly in under an hour.
